Description

House on Mayor de Sarrià Street

A house in the middle of the city. A house for a family of 6 people, with a broad program in a dense urban area and on a plot that, despite being wide and deep, is surrounded by other buildings and subject to the pressures of a large city. All that will remain of the existing building is the façade facing the street, which is listed as heritage. The building code allows the construction of three storeys, with a considerable depth that perfectly meets the needs of the clients' programme. However, at the same time, this depth risks resulting in a house that is too dark and poorly ventilated.
