Stazzo Pulcheddu was developed 10 years after the arrival of the first tourists in Sardinia. Enough time had passed for the construction industry to recover a certain normality once the frenetic occupation of coastal land had died down. Stazzo Pulcheddu is the first development where a site was chosen intentionally set back from the coastline. It was also the first that did not touch a single blade of grass without first carrying out an exhaustive environmental study and a detailed urban development plan. But Stazzo Pulcheddu was a rarity that will not happen again &mdashat least not in our professional lives.
