Gostner House - Alberto Ponis

As is sometimes the case, this design was born on paper for a land owner who was hesitating between selling or building. In the end, he put the land up for sale, so the design had a father who abandoned it. However, five years later, this same design was discovered by a dynamic lawyer who was looking for a foothold on dry land after spending years vacationing on a boat. He liked the plot, a rocky peak overlooking the plain of the Costa Paradiso, and he loved the project.
