Maisonettes Porto Rafael - Alberto Ponis

In the wake of a hotel project that was never built, the Maisonettes were developed as guest houses to support the recent development of Punta Sardegna and its small Yacht Club. These 40 houses, oriented parallel to the slope, share a limited panoramic view. The front façade of each unit is less than four metres wide, and they extend mainly into the depth of the plot; this creates a 'telescope' effect, visible from all the rooms and also from the interior courtyards.
