This building is located in a plot of 450m2 and contains four residential units; each of them occupies one full storey. The first unit, on the ground floor, opens onto a series of small patios formed by blind walls, proposed because of the unit's proximity to the street. The building also has a semi-basement, which is used for parking and pedestrian access &mdashgiven that the adjoining streets have a slope that amounts to a difference in height of an entire storey&mdash and a shared roof terrace that is accessed from the stairway, which functions as a core that provides structural rigidity.
