Description

Single Family House in Zagreb

The main idea of the project is to suitably occupy the gap in the consolidated urban fabric of central Zagreb. The house is organised in three volumes that form a 'U' shape, with two outdoor spaces: a garden courtyard on the second floor, overlooked by the users’ private zone, respecting their privacy, and another garden courtyard at the rear of the ground floor, which acts as a vehicle entrance and a filter against the neighbouring buildings.
