Quinta dos Cepêdas

A former farm in the eastern part of the city was purchased for subdivision. The City Council recommended that we design a condominium consisting of two high-rise buildings in order to free up more land and permit a generous garden. Although we are not against high-rise construction, this strategy did not seem appropriate for this site.
