The project is in Magaluf, a town in the municipality of Calviá in the south of the island of Mallorca. It is a coastal area where hotel and leisure uses typical of tourist environments predominate.

Rectangular in proportions and oriented north-south transversely, the project site is bordered to the north by a newly constructed street and to the south by the parking area of a commercial establishment. The difference in height between the two points is 3.5 m. One of the conditions of the proposal is that the area of the site is divided into three plots belonging to two different owners, each of them managing 24 homes, so the proposal has to provide for the construction of these in two phases.
