This building with 24 public social housing units is located at the second row of Platja d'En Bossa, south of the Ibiza town, in an urban environment of little interest and, to a large extent, oriented towards exploiting mass tourism.
The building is on a square plot measuring 43x43 metres and practically flat, about 5 metres above sea level and rotated 45º with respect to the cardinal axes. In other words, on the face of things, its orientation is not ideal.
