1. Company organizing the contest
The organizing entity of this competition is the company El Croquis Editorial de Arquitectura, Construcción y Diseño, (hereinafter "El Croquis"), with registered office at Av. The competition is international in scope.
4. Temporal scope
The term of the promotion will begin on 01/09/2017 at 09:00 am and will end on 10/25/2015 at 00:00 pm. It will only take place through Instagram's own page of El Croquis.es and under the fulfillment of the present legal bases.
5. Participants
They can participate in the same free and voluntary, people over 18, previously registered on the social network Instagram with a single real user and following El Croquis. They must participate actively in the contest according to the mechanics provided in this document. El Croquis workers or direct or indirect collaborators who have intervened in the promotion or printing of the corresponding materials, as well as their first-degree relatives, may not participate in this competition.
Should such circumstance occur, El Croquis will automatically discard these shares. The Croquis is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants or for not being able to contact the participants and/or winners if the data provided are not correct or have errors.

There will be two prizes determined by the jury.The 5 images selected for their originality, quality, complexity and aesthetic value will be awarded with a user of the Digital Library of El Croquis, which allows access for 12 months to the entire digital collection of the magazine. The value of each user is 99 € (VAT included)In addition, the author of the best image among the 5 winners, will be able to choose a printed copy of the magazine El Croquis from the last 5 published (From 186 to 190), which will receive by mail. 7. Mechanics of promotion

9. Contact with winners

The winners will have 10 working days from the sending of the comment by El Croquis to make the communication with El Croquis. In the event that the new winner (s) does not respond within 10 days, El Croquis may declare the prize void.

12. Acceptance of the bases
