This building is a kind of wildcard, a project located on the same plot as our office that sits in the only available space with no trees on it. It is a mixed-use building that can be used for meeting, working, or resting and, at the same time, it can be occupied for leisure in the evenings and on weekends, or used as a place for guests and late-night visitors to sleep.
