As in most Parisian quarters of the 19th century,\u0026nbsp;the street thus conveys a certain elegance despite the fact that the individual buildings are not particularly attractive. Our two apartment buildings with\u0026nbsp;their folded frontage and folding shutters fit seamlessly into the vertical arrangement of the frontage. The folding shutters can be adjusted individually by tenants\u0026nbsp;so that, in spite of the targeted homogeneity of the façades, the overall impression of their appearance varies. La disposición y configuración de las viviendas varía en todas y cada una de las plantas. La separación entre cada unidad no se materializa mediante paredes medianeras sino a través de las fisuras del patio, creando una estructura interior porosa y variada. Stazzo Pulcheddu is the first development where a site was chosen intentionally set back from the coastline. It was also the first that did not touch a single blade of grass without first carrying out an exhaustive environmental study and a detailed urban development plan. The edges of the plot are blurred, creating a continuum of green. A single community entryway leads residents into the interior of the block, where they can access the staircase cores. The buildings are staggered to adapt to the natural slope of the plot. In order to create a completely permeable interior for the block and a garden with lush trees, we set the entire car park within the building's footprint. We were forced to demolish it due to its poor condition and because it did not comply with regulations. It was a small school, no longer in use, of three storeys, built with load-bearing walls made from marès stone and concrete and brick floors.
